In certain parts of California, they actually pay the homeless a monthly stipend of a couple of hundred dollars, so they probably get the real stuff. Nothing but the best for our winos!

Hi,
Sounds like you guys can get a different "blend" Down Under than we get in the States. Anything here that could possibly be drunk by the winos without being close to deadly's gonna be taxed something fierce and we probably couldn't afford 20l at a time! A friend's wife works in a lab where they have used "pure" ethyl alcohol without paying the taxes, and she once said the controls on it were at least as stringent as those on drugs they use. All for a tax dollar...
Besides, the California wine industry's in a bit of a glut, so our winos can afford "real" wine on their panhandling and gov't giveaway money right now, leaving little need for them to be inventive!
