Forrester 2007 Seats

hi there I bought a 06 forester and experienced exactly the same uncomfortable first impressions as yourself. HOWEVER now the beast is run in and I have sat on the seat a bit, it is probably the best seat I have had in a car for years and years. bear with it. cheers chrisbeardy

Maybe you have different materials than us state side, but our 07 FXT Limited is comfortable. We've taken it on two very long trips, many days of 8 hours of driving and found the seats to be fine. Not plush, but fine for long periods of driving.

OK, yeah, should of meantioned, it's an Australian model,but to be specific then, the seat feels like it has a very prominant lumbar control built in which sticks into my lower back.

Chris - does the seat get softer and the lumbar point less dominant?
