Hi I have a '00 Legacy Wagon and just recently it stated to hesitate really bad. In fact the check engine light was blinking and now it has stayed on. HELP!! Thanks

Sounds like an air management problem; not uncommon with Subies as they have a quite precise (finicky?) MAF/MAP system. Have it checked out. Terry - '03 Silver Legacy SE sedan - 36 miles! We had the same problem. Its the oxygen sensor in the exhaust not working, replaced it with another one.
