I have a 91' Legacy so maybe I can help. Look at the area of your dashboard directly above your AC/Vent/Air controls and you should have two vents. Now look to the direct right of these and there should be a button that has a little red triangle on it... that's your flasher button.

Now we can only speculate whether the OP was looking for the flasher button, or the actual flasher itself....hmmmmmmmm! ;- )
Heh, uh yeah I'm actually looking for the flasher switch itself. Thanks, though. The inside of my car is often pretty cluttered.
