2002 Dodge Durango Engine won't start

Hello, I have a 2002 Dodge Durango 4.7 V8 SLT+ with aprox 93K and I have a serious problem.

My engine won't start. It all started with an oil pump replacement and having the engine rebuilt. I took it out for a spin yesterday and I drove about 7 miles and it stalled while I was driving down hill. I changed the Crankshaft sensor, cam sensor, plugs and still nothing. The battery is charged up and when I go to start it, it cranks, tries to give that rumble that it's starting then dies. All within 30 seconds or less. I don't know what it could be. I thought maybe it was the PCM, but on mine, I cannot find the PCM for 4 plugs, all the ones for Durango/Dakotas for that year have 3 plugs. No one knows why mine has 4.

Any suggestions, help, answers??? Thank you

Any codes on the computer?

Tried a compression test yet?

Scanned, no codes popped up. No lights signaling to check anything on dash, compression test was done at the time I did the fuel pressure check. Everything A-OK. I'm beginning to think it's an electrical issue?

I'm going to look into that. I noticed something though, on my 02' wrangler i have the SKIM system, I need to use the key with the chip in it.. On this durango, I have the original key, fob, and spare key that I made at home depot... oddly, the spare key (no chip), has worked with starting the car with no problems. Do you think it could still be that?
