It will shift into 3rd if I put it into neutral & then back into drive at around 35 MPH but if I leave it in Automatic it won't go past 2nd. It's got about 150K on it. Thanks for an advice. Mark

Have you checked the vacuum modulator on the transmission? When was the last time the pan was dropped and the fluid changed?
