Back before the multiple broken fingers and resultant arthritis I played violin, guitar, and keyboard reasonably well. Was in a band for 7 years and really enjoyed it. (We even made a demo album!)
These days I'm happy if I can feel my fingers and they can still bend around a wrench...
It's an instrument that blows and sucks at the same time. :)
Excellent. I took chamber orchestra at the local JC for maybe 5 years (the prof was cool, he didn't kick me out since I played very quietly) and had a wonderful time. I really envied the kids who could actually PLAY!
All things considered, I'd be not displeased if the wrench thing were the only problem. It's been a while since I chose to do any auto repair...
