I have a white '96 Buick Regal.
The paint is chipping on the hood, some has come off but only from a very small area (no bigger than the size of a quarter).
What is the best way of fixing this?

Go to a body shop that you trust? Or you could use a rattle-can of Krylon I suppose.

There are some quick fixes out there for smaller chips. Otherwise you'd have to go through the whole bondo/sand/paint procedure. There are a lot of websites/books that explain how it's done.
