red antifreeze

I just bought a new used car and the antifreeze is red. IIRC, that's a slightly more expensive kind of antifreeze, and I'd like to use the same thing if I have to add any or when I change coolant, which only gets half the coolant iirc. I don't want a blend of red and green because it's not pretty. IIRC it used to say "red" on the bottle, but I can't find that anymore. What kinds of antifreeze are red? And is it any better than green? Thanks.
