Viva Touring tires -vs- Regatta 2 tires

Hi all,

I was in the market for tires and found some tires I liked... I wanted to get some feedback with regard to these.

1. Goodyear Viva Touring (from Walmart). 80,0000 mile tires.
2. Goodyear Regatta 2 (from goodyear dealership). 75,000 mile tires.

I have a 2001 Corolla, 185-65-14 size.

Any suggestion on which onces to go with?
