Does anyone have a good mod for turning off the daytime running lights (DRLs) and the auto-on headlight feature for a 2000 Celica GT?

What country? If you are in the U.S., you can get online access to technical service bulletins at techinfo.toyota.com for $10/day. IIRC, there is a TSB outlining the procedure for permanently disabling the DRL's. As for the auto-on headlight feature, just turn the lights to the off position.
