I'm sure quite a few people know which wire to cut. If YOU would like to know how to disable DRL's, try this site:

I believe that site only lists the corollas for 1999-2000 and the 2003 corolla.
2003 and 2004 Corollas should have the same wiring for the DRL's. If the color codes match, you can use the same instructions.
