I own a very highly modified 2000 Toyota Solara with a 1MZ engine and OEM ECU. I have tried several piggy back EMS to hopefully allow me to add fuel and advance timing among other things.
It appears I can pull all the fuel and timing I want but I can not add it. I know one person with 2000 Corolla's who has accomplished this but I am unsuccessful. What can I do to my ECU that it will allow me to add fuel and timing.
I do not want to go to a stand alone EMS as I do register my car and the stand alone will not allow me to pass the OBDII scan test.
