Alright I have a 1989 toyota supra turbo automatic and i accidently left the lights on for a while and it killed the battery, so we got out the jumper cables, hooked them up and the batter got juice and all the lights and switches eventually worked but when i turned the key the starter didnt click... a few hrs later, the started started to click but the door alarm wasnt sounding when the door was open... so when i started the car you could hear the starter clicking but it wasnt turning over? and ideas why?

You hooked the cables up properly, right?
How old is the battery? it may be time for a replacement.
It sounds like the battery is dead. If it is over 5 years old, get a new one.
Agreed, you'll waste hours faffing with it. Give it a 12-24hr charge with an old-school battery charger (not hte smart ones as they often assume theres no battery there if its THAT dead). If that doesnt revive it (it will likely still be knackered and bearly hold charge) its deader than a dead thing. Batteries are fairly cheap and you'll wonder why you spent time messing with it when you get a new one!
