my 88 toyota pickup wouldn't start, i checked battery, alternator, and starter, all working, so maybe it's somewhere in the ignition switch the lights came on for a minute but now nothing at all, not even the sound when the key is in ignition, there is a strange noise coming from the fuses when the parking lights are turned on, the lights came on once after i took a fuse labelled relay from the fuse box under the hood and put it back, but now nothing again, tried to push start pop the clutch seemed to want to turn over but couldn't, looking for some tests to do to figure out where the problem is. any suggestions? please help!! thanks
no start

How did you check the battery, alternator, and starter?
Did you check the connections between the battery and battery cables? How about the where the negative battery cable is grounded?
And fusible links...
That too!
