Let me print one paragraph from the Lowell Sun. "What Kerry proved, however, is that at least one leading, Yale educated democrat can't read a prepared speach from a piece of paper positioned three feet from his nose." Just about says is all. Not too bright but proud of it.

Do they really spell "speech" as "speach" in the Lowell newspaper? If so, they really shouldn't complain about someone who's not too bright but proud of it.
This "guy" is badly misinformed. I thought he was a senator? Thankfully he was defeated by GWB.
It sounds like you've never given a speech, prepared or not.
