Doesn't surprise me in the least.
It's entirely possible that AGW will cause some glaciers to advance, at least for a while. Glaciers are a balance between snowfall and melting. If snowfall increases dramatically, it might add to a glacier.
Worldwide, however, this is NOT the trend:

The Greenpeace photo is representative of most of the world's glaciers.
