OT: Why is there Religious Junk on a Toyota Newsgroup ??

I never said you were harming me. Some people understand that certain things should be kept at home, like religion and dogs. You seem to be one of these considerate people.

People who talk the talk, but avoid the chores.

You the guy who has an imaginary warier friend....

ROFLMAO

Joey you are too much.

Tell me about 'your' house again.....

I seem to remember you telling me my kids died in a car accident the other day...

Tell me why you did that....

Religion is a way to explain Joey....

Otherwise there is no explanation....

Actually, the "warier" you mentioned (because you are drunk) is my father, who flew a TBF Avenger (torpedo bomber) in the Pacific during WWII.

His comments on armchair hawks like you would make you shrink into your shoes and kill yourself.

ROFLMAO

Right your father......

ROFLMAO

btw I don't drink Joey....

Then, you need to find out what the home is medicating you with. There MUST be an explanation for your behavior.

========

Cathy, Jews ridicule Jesus all the time. They call him a criminal.

Even as an atheist/agnostic, I haven't found any historical evidence that Jesus Christ was a criminal.

Don't you think it's kind of cultish for Jewish leaders to teach their adherents that the founder of another religion is a criminal?

I like Jews, just as I do any other religious group: Christian, Hindu, etc. But it is rather improper to teach your members that Jesus was a criminal.

Well my 'home' is on the water.

Tell me about yours again...

I'll go take a swim while you sit there with your puter.

be back in a bit....Joey...

We've been through this. Your "home" may be on the water, but it is not YOUR home. You stay there and your family pays them to keep you there. You go outside a few times a day to feed the ducks. Then, they bring you back in before you wander off.

Back Joey....

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the water is perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tell us about 'your' house, Joey.

Must be hell to be you, Joey, no pool....

How much do you want to bet, Joey?

True. Scientists even taught that.

They were late to the game. The Bible actually describes the earth as a sphere.

All similar. These are non-practicing individuals, raised in homes labeled Christian, Jewish, or Muslim.

You, or someone else, posted that they were raised Christian, but do not believe. Biblically speaking, you are not "raised" Christian. To be one is a conscious decision, not accomplished by someone else's control over your decision making process.

Not quite. These are people who don't talk the talk, nor do the chores, because to them the chores don't exist.

You can't answer the question either can you.

I don't accept that there is a deity because there are too many contradictions which suggest its non-existence. Believers remedy this disbelief by saying that everything evil comes from satan, but I don't believe that either. This leaves us with nothing but probability to explain things like childhood cancer.

Here's some bizarre science for you. Radio program I heard last night. Click on "Full Episode" to hear it.

I'm thinking it refers to someone who resisted the conditioning successfully during childhood. It could also mean they were raised by parents who used a religious lable for the wrong reasons, like the need to appear to be in the right club. Some people need to identify with a club of some sort.
