The head ligths turn on in middle of the night ,discharging the battery. I changed the head lights fuses but nothing change.

I believe Toyota had a recall to replace the headlight switch when this incident happened. Check with the Toyota dealer.

Changing a fuse does nothing unless the problem is that the lights do not turn on, ever. If an erlectrical load turns ON, then the fuse is never the problem.
Things that make stuff happen unexpectedly includes climate (extreme hot or cold can affect things), animals (rodents eat wires), and control devices (switches and such) that simply wear out.
why not just check the recall websites first don't some recalls expire
