I have a 3 year old previa with a leak from the front sunroof (the one which just hinges open a couple of inches) I suspect that the sunroof drain holes may be blocked. But as the sunroof panel is hinged I can't see how to remove and inspect.
Any advice welcome.

The Previa hasn't been sold in the U.S. for a while so I don't remember if the front sunroof is manual or power tilt. If it is manual tilt, then look at the handle/latch when it is in the up position and release the handle, tip the glass all the way up, and remove.
Plan B: If you have access to compressed air with a rubber-tipped nozzle, clean the drain hoses from the bottom up.
There are recalls on a LOT of sunroofs going back 5 years. I would check with the dealer to see if your unit is affected.
