Has anyone identified a roof rack or pouch that fits a 2006 Avalon? I had high hopes for the Kanga

Go to Yakima dot com and configure a rack system for your needs, would be my advice.

I use them on my '92 Corolla Wagon and they are excellent.

Of course yours would be different from mine
