Sienna Door Mirror Removal?

I need to replace the driver's door mirror on my 2000 Sienna. Has anyone done this already? If so, I'd like to hear what needs to be done. I know that there are three bolts that attatch it to the door, but it looks like the door panel has to come off to get to the wiring for the mirror.



Any suggestions?

To do it right, it does. It's well worth the few bucks to go to your local parts store and get a trim removal tool. You may want to pick up a few extra trim clips after you take the door off, just so you have them handy.
