Just wondering if the dealers are back to doing their $3000 surcharge above MSRP now that gas is up to $4?

Don't know for sure, but I doubt it - they ratcheted up the production & so are in supply; there are usually a few cars on the lot, instead of having to wait a minimum of 5 months to get one. Used to be - when there was a surcharge - one often had to order a Prius sight unseen/none available to even test drive. No longer the case.
