The non-coffee-swilling Scout leaders in our troop are camels and never have to make a pit stop while on the road and they were always on my case about having to stop. I found out the soda trick by accident, it's been in my bag of tricks ever since.

Monday through Friday - I take a break on the weekends. I highly recommend it! Best to stick with low-impact, though, at least for me. But if you want to build up your legs, then more resistance is indicated. I do it more for aerobics.

My mistake. You seem to be correct that it was for 2005 and more than likely that it was 1200hp. More of a memory error this time than a typo.

I'm not sure if the Hogans write in these newgroups. If they did, I doubt that they would identify themselves.
