Does anyone know how to replace 1992 window vent glass was broken into last weekend? My radio was stolen

D

Sorry, It is 1992 Toyota Camry LE. I am trying to save some money and learn more so i decided to do it myself. Thanks for your input and help

The secret is that the vertical post between the roll up window and the vent glass has a screw holding it in that is hidden below the rubber gasket seal. Peel it back and remove the screw, then roll the glass all the way down. This will let you move the bar around enough that you can put a new vent in.

Well, I don't know that for a fact, since you're talking about a front window. My 95 Corolla had the rear window broken out and I had a devil of a time figuring out how to put the new one in until someone showed me how to remove the vertical track/post betweeen it and the samll triangular glass. I would imagine the vent glass might work in a similar fashion.

Don't all insurance policies cover vandalism 100%?
