What are the advantages (disadvantages) of 15 versus 16 inch? I have a $300 reason to buy with 15 inch wheels.

well, no difference except you get to pay more for 16 inch tires and have less of a selection.
If you check out Toyota's web page on specs for Camry, you'll find that with the 16'' rims the overall height is .4 inches higher and so is ground clearance. I'd say you'd get a better ride with 16''.
