changed battery and alternator and now 3 days later it won`t start . turn the key and theres nothing. no clicks no hums , nothing anybody have any clues. thanks in advance for any help.

Did you do the work, maybe a defective alternator, or short.
no i did not do the work , a neighbor did. i went over it and found the plug was not put on correctly on the alternator. problem solved . thanks
