Vehicle had been running very well. Wife went to market and could not start engine. Went to scene and the there is no power anywhere, no lights, no radio. Battery shows 12.7 volts and does not vary when the key is enabled. How are the fuses mounted adjacent to the + battery terminal removed. Are they just yanked up? I presume there is no fuse to the starter. Help appreciated. Thank you, Seamus J. Wilson
