I have a '96 Lexus ES300. The motor is pretty much a Camry V6 with a coil per cylinder. This one does not have the varible cam timing. This motor needs more power, like 50-70 more HP. Any suggestions?
I understand that the mechanical supercharger won't fit under the hood. What about a turbo charger? Anyone ever try one? How much? Do they kill the motor fast? Do they make a lot of power? I want normal low end power boosted too, like pulling up a grade from a stop with the AC on.... then more mid and high range power. Any ideas? Thanks
