Why do I have much more trouble lighting a propane barbeque grill if the weather gets colder (70-75 degrees) than the usual summer 80-90 degrees? Thanks to anyone who gives a serious answer to this.

Air becomes more dense when cold and the humidity may also increase. Dense air means more oxygen per unit, but it becomes heavier meaning the venturri effect which means the gas running past the air-intake hole just below the burner-ring will not suck as much air in until the burner gets hot enough to preheat the air lowering its mass.,..also the higher humidity may slow ignition initially.
The gas itself would be generally uneffected by temp as it is under pressure, regulated from the bottle feed.
