I want to put black rims/31" tires on my '03 Taco 4X4 with the 2.7L.

Any recommendations??

Thanks, Paul

as for wheels, i'm a big fan of the american racing 767 series. nice simple black steel wheel. you can also get a clone of that from unique wheels (model 42, i think), depending on your area, it may be cheaper from unique than american racing. i think they're the same quality.

and for tires: i'm a big fan of the bfg ta k/o. it's a great all-around tire. lasts long times on the road, does very well off road (can be aired down nicely). if you're looking for a more off road tire go with the bfg km or goodyear mt/r (but people say the mt/r's aren't very round, i don't know haven't tried it myself). for a more on road tire, people seem to like the bridgestone dueler revo (i haven't tried it, but i think they're extra pricy because of all the hype), i suggest the michelin atx light truck tire, very good and smooth on road, can't take it off road more than a fire road though. for winter tires, i hear the bridgestone winter duelers are the best (even compared against studded tires), i just ordered a set of those, so i'll let you know how they are when they come in and i get some ice to drive on.
