A/C/ Fuse Box

I have a '91 Toyota 4X4. The factory A/C went out and I'm almost sure it's a fuse that blew as the compressor doesn't engage. The owner's manual makes no mention as to where the heck the fuse is located for the A/C.

Does anyone know?
