I want ,. to replace the entire system of air intake, for some specific like an air filter (conic) what size, is the better, for the 22 re engine?

Check out PerformanceProducts.com or Downey Offroad.
You'll mainly get more noise for your money. These gizmos usually give about 4 or 5% more power at top end and little or nothing (or a minor loss) at bottom end. The filter does not filter as well as the stock filter. There will be no fuel savings.
