Will 31"x10.5" tires fit a 1996 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 ? Will they fit on the stock rims as well?

Should fit stock truck and should fit fine on the stock wheels.
one more then... what does it take to move up to 33" tires? (wheels change im betting, but what about lift?)
