It looks like something that would be extremely easy to make at home, actually, with a quick trip to a fabric store and some straight line sewing. Tension mount pole to secure it behind seat: about $5 Velcro for securing it to headliner: $3 Net fabric roughly $5/yard, 1.5 yards estimated, $7.50 Fabric edging tape $3-5 Time: 1 hour Ingenuity to DIY: priceless.
