I drive an '85 Toyota pickup, 4x4 with a 22r and a 5spd manual trans. When I shut down the engine the car shakes quite a bit. Not a big deal, but lately I've noticed that the shift linkage seems to rattle a lot when the car shakes. I'm not sure if I'm calling this the proper thing but basically what i'm talking about is the linkage between the shifter inside the car and the transmission. Wondering if this is a problem and what i might be able to do to correct it?
