I've got an 04 Tundra DC 4x2 V8 auto trans. Is there a way to firm up it's WOT shift? Shifting from 1-2 or 2-3 at anything other than WOT the tranny shifts are reasonably firm. At WOT it seems to slide into the next gear. Years ago when I used to hot rod around, we would just install a shift kit or different springs in the valve body to boost the line pressure and that would be that. Is there a way to improve my shift, maybe a kit or something. I don't want to void my warranty.
