Hello to all...I'm new to the group...



Just bought a 74 VW Thing (type 181)



The front clip is pretty mangled...I mean it looks like an inch of Bondo in places...Question is..is it better to pay and have the orig metal shaped and smoothed or try to find a (rare) front clip and have it welded in??
