nah, the clip or sometimes cotter pin should be on the outside of the dust cap holding it in place in the square hole. this is what turn the speedo cable.
Am i supposed to take off the cap off the center of my rim to reach the c-clip?

i was wondering if i was supposed to take off the center cap in order to reach the c-clip of the speedometer cable?
The c-clip is on the outside of the cap.
