Charlotte, NC Vintage VW Mechanic?

Hi all,

Could someone please let me know if there are any vintage, VW mechanics in the Charlotte, NC area? I have a '75 Camper and it would be nice to know where I could get repairs done that I can't do myself.

like I remember hearing that Hildreth's is pretty experienced with T4sbut I don't know for sure. You may also want to try asking in the southeast forum at Shoptalk here:

I do have a type 4 engine. At the moment it's running well, but you never know...

I've already called Lakeview Auto and they don't work on T4 engines. I will certainly look into the place in Gastonia and peruse the links you posted.

If anyone has any more information I'd appreciate that too.
