Hi Folks
I have an engine case that is chalking or corroding on the top and front. Can it be remedied, or is it really a problem at all?

Not a problem. Just cosmetic.

I did have a 1200 engine which in its last stages began to leak oil from the corroded areas. But then it was junk anyway.
