Hey everyone. I'm selling one of my beetles. It is in great running condition, has no rust, and the body is very, very straight. This could be a show car with some work, and has already been restored off the pan.
Rebuilt H block (1500 with new heads), 33,000 miles on the rebuild. I'm looking for $3,000 or best offer.

This seems like a very good price for a solid unrusted 67 bug. I paid $3800
6years ago for my 67. Mine was shipped from Tempe Arizona to New Jersey at a cost of $700. I imagine to ship this car from San Fransisco to NJ today would probably add $1000 to $1200 to the price.$4200 for a car in this condition still doesn't sound unreasonable.
Yeah, I hate to sell it but it's time and I need the bread. If anyone knows anyone who wants this car, I had some people looking at it this weekend but nobody's pulled the trigger just yet...
