Looking to buy a bug.

I have had a good bit of machanical experiance and have fun workin on cars but i have only worked on Ford's and Chevy's, being the redneck i am i have no i dea what to by when it comes to the bug's i have been lookin and readin a good bit lately and have begun to really like the baja being that i am a red neck and it is an off road vehical it makes since anyway im looking for some thing affortable to maintain and cheap to by my plan is to also use it to drive about an an 1 hour and

30 min to and from school Can Ya'll Help?

So long as your name isnt Travis/Shaggy and hack up a red 1963 Bug and call it the LCB and make web pages out of the adventures...

Best thing to do is get one that has already been cut up. Watch out for the cheaply done Baja's. If ya find one post a link to pics and details... Somebody here could tell ya if it is worth it.

a link i found to kindof show you folks what im after what doyou all think ? is this a Good price ? however i can't affored oneright now im just doing my research . i am looking for something to bythat road worthy immediatly and then do minor repairs and fabracationsas i drive it to and from school any feedback is welcomed .

Well Fella's i found a bug thats beautiful for the purpose its already been fixed up to be a dailiy driver but i don't have the money the sellr and i are talking to see if something can be worked out anyway ya'll have a good one and if you would like to keep coming with the feed back thats aight two cause if this one slips between my fingers i'll finjd something else
