Cooler my butt.
It was 105 today, with more of the same tomorrow. And Murphy's law being what it is, my central A/C went TU on Friday. Now I could spring a grand for a new compressor, but was planning to upgrade to a heat pump in the spring.
Oh, well. A borrowed swamp cooler makes it bearable in the day, and it's cool enough (71) at night to sleep. Maybe it'll cool down by Christmas.
...............sheesh................I saw my first snow of the season on Saturday night.
Hmm, scraping the ice of the windscreen this morning....

LOL, back to getting used to that interesting feeling of the beetle rear end trying to catch you up round corners, and keeping the thing idling in traffic & once again the rear window de mister not working...

Same here.. watching the cars on teh freeway spin out and crash.. :) Still trusting on my summer tires and 4wd.. and low speeds, keeping extra long distances to cars ahead of me..
It will get warmer again before the winter kicks in. Just about always has.
Anyhow, I did buy an air impact gun today so tire changing would become more comfortable :D

I changed to winter tires (studded) yesterday. I don't want to risk, because driving with the cast on my gas/brake foot is not that feeling and fine tuned as it would require driving and handling it with summer tires on ice...
Brrrrrr, My Ass...................90 degrees in Dallas today.
