OT Drunken Rampage

(For future reference, we have "rednecks" up North, too. They just have different names; Jackpine Hillbilly is one. I love the South, BTW. I just don't live there.)

I hope they never let that guy back on the road, with or without a car! You know "his" insurance won't cover all of that damage, even if he had insurance. There are going to be a lot of people on their own to fix or replace those cars.

why do they not do this when driving through other states? living where i do i get to share the road with many North Carolinians...i tend to give them plenty of room....maybe they only drive erratically on roads they are new to?

Speaking of coastal NC, an old buddy and I will be riding up that there coast on our bicycles next week starting in the lower left corner of the state on June 30/July 1-ish until July 8. Might pass right close to you!

If you see an old fat guy with a white beard riding a recumbent (think reclining chair) arm pump bicycle sweating his white ass off -- that won't be me. I'll be the old guy on the Pee Wee Herman bike with him.

!!! Holy bat turds, Robin! Just reminds me of how lucky I am to have been in 2 accidents ever, neither my fault, with the second being a couple weeks ago in a spiffy black HONDA CIVIC the ricers would love considering you can hear the exhaust in the next neighborhood. :) Just a couple scratches, nothing that can't be buffed out and touched up. I feel lucky because I don't have to explain 19 cars, a dog, a fire hydrant and a flower shop to my insurance company. I bet the Judge just *loved* that guy.

And Jan? I feel sorry for the cops that had to work that. If that's what I have to look forward to in South Florida I'm seriously considering hiding my application from Pembroke Pines PD!! lol
