The spirit of the objection addresses people who posit war and uncritical support of war when they know for a fact that they will never have to be in that war. People who rah-rah gung-ho for the war are just lifestylers who live in some kind of foggy illusion that they matter.
inject words here:
are percieved to
It's all opinions. ( posit ??? Sweet short word. I haven't ever seen it used except in a educational excercise, I had to look it up because I hadn't seen it since high school.)

The Peacemaking Meeting scheduled for today has been cancelled due to a conflict.
Tough talk and smart ass remarks do not replace the willingness to become a veteran or a statistic with damage or a name in stone. The question "Are you a veteran?" is one good way of determining how much interior conviction is behind the noise or opinion a person is making about others or political issues Veterans are a patriotic lot by definition. This next group coming back from Iraq are tough and determined. I just spent another couple of days with some of them last week at Ft Riley, Ks. Many of them are waiting to go back and talking about re-enlisting when they get back over there. That's conviction and you can bet that I listen to their opinions and I found them to listen to mine. Is my ass showing again??

*********** Well you see since I never said ANYTHING about the war in Iraq (or any war for that matter), that proves you have no idea what you're talking about! Posit war? Do you even know the meaning of the word? Well: 1: to dispose or set firmly. 2: to assume or affirm the existence of. 3: to propose as an explanation. I don't see the correct use of the word... Seems like you're the one with a "foggy illision". Got any more of them there pills? ;^P ~ Paul aka "Tha Driver"Save the whales. Collect the whole set.

********** I tend to agree with your generalization. I have the upmost respect for our troups & verterans. I share their conviction, & would be willing to give my life for true freedom in this country & the world. But then I don't really *have* a life so it would be no great sacrifice for me.... ~ Paul aka "Tha Driver"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be misquoted, then used against you.
#3......try again...
"Joey Tribiani" [...] Is my newsreader broke or did you not write anything. Want to try again, Chris?
-- Respectfully, John
Anyone have a cross they'd like to nail me to? Oops. Was that a smart-ass remark? Nothing for me to lose by saying that because Dennis would already like to take me out behind the shed and put a bullet in my head and that pasty-faced Stafford guy would like to kick the crap out of me (every time he misses his medication) or something along those lines. Isn't that right, fellas?
Shag, I don't want to shoot you... I can't speak for John though and by the way, I'm the one on medications.
...............It's easy for some people to forget that everyone is entitled to their opinion with or without the prerequisite purple heart. This is still a free country. There's no goddamn litmus test for who's entitled to speak their mind. If there was, then the sacrifices that our military has made over the years would have been wasted. Stafford thinks that this is true I'm thinking.
******************************* "Joey"; I still don't get it... "people who propose war as an explanation"? ~ Paul aka "Tha Driver"
Remember half the people you know are below average.
you must not remove a statement from context and expect it to make sense....figure it out.. i don't have time to explain, vacation started yesterday and i am out of here for a week...enjoy all...i might be back sometime...
John i simply said "#3 try again"

***************** Didn't; I included everything relevent.... ~ Paul aka "Tha Driver"Pardon my driving, I'm reloading.
you took one half of a sentence....so NO you did not include everything relevant.... you mental midgets make me laugh.....and the name isn't "Joey" its Joey....got it "Paul"?

*************** OK here is the entire sentence: "The spirit of the objection addresses people who posit war and uncriticalsupport of war when they know for a fact that they will never have to be in that war." Still dosen't change the way it's used whether you read the entire sentence or the relevent use of the word - "people who posit war". Your real name is Joey Tribiani? It's not just a take-off on Friends? Interesting.... Gee you're such an ass. Mental midget? I'm borderline genius according to the last IQ test I took (from Mensa). Of course that's been a few years: it's all downhill after 50.... ;^p ~ Paul aka "Tha Driver"
How many of you believe in telekinesis? Raise my hand...
finally...you got something right....it doesn't change it...but pulling it out of context does...now go back to your definition and do as they taught you in grade school...try each one....damn..gotta spoon feed the genius....sheesh..
each name is only given to *one* person...if this is true, then a google search just turned up a bunch of people that i need to sue....you are a bright one...
.sure hope it was a free test....based on your posts to ramva (and that is, after all, all those reading have to go on)since you fell out the catbox and landed here, they lied to you....can't even match definitions with words to see if it works...some genius..
Of course that's been a few years:
a borderline genius(*har har*) shouldn't go downhill like a runaway car with no driver...what happened?
