I made an additional phone call and my problem was resolved 100%. They sent me a replacement windshield without having to examine the first one that arrived scratched up. I can't ask for better treatment, and I'll stay a loyal customer for as long as I need VW Bug and Vanagon parts. Bill S in AZ
Okay, THAT'S the CA Pacific/JBUGS that *I* know... if you have occasion to speak with them again, tell them you'll trade the windshiled for a "Quarter-Pounder with Cheese".. that will get gary or Sam right away, and they will know who you got that little tidbit of info from (It's an inside joke, and definitely NOT safe for a family-oriented VW forum) 8=)
