Absolutely, so long as you have a lot of $$$ and plenty of time, not to mention some ability. I have been working on mine since 1998 and have about $18,000 into her. Presently I am building a new controller for the EFI. Once that gets done I'll probably get some better heads, a Berg 5 speed tranny, put on a new rear suspension and 940 CV's. with all of that I'll surely have to put disc breaks on the rear (already have them on the front) but then I will need a better front end. That will entail putting on a new front clip and long travel front suspension. I haven't thought much past that.

Depends on what you pay for the car, but I think you can get a *nice* kit for $250. Then you have to cut the sheetmetal with a sawzall, die grinder with cutoff wheel, air chisel, hacksaw, or a combination of some of the above. You should have the kit installed in one or two days, if you're handy with tools & take your time to make the cuts in the right place the first time. :-) Then of course you should paint it... ~ Paul aka "Tha Driver"
