Have not had the problem in many years. I keep poison in the engine comp, floorboard and trunk. Also in the motorhome and other outside sheds. It works for me. Dennis

My bud burned up his VW engine after mices (meeces? mouses?) nested in the tin around his cylinders.

I burned up my riding mower engine under the same circumstances.

The little bastards pack the area around the cooling fins with nesting material and block the airflow.

Cats and traps and poison is your friend!

We found that putting mothballs in those same places helps alot.

Yes, I forgot to mention mothballs also. I keep them under the vehicles and they do help. My cats also do a fair job but they have a pretty strong union and I am required to feed them some dry food also. Dennis

Down in Aust the "furry little buggers" have apparently developed a taste for wiring in the Honda Hybrid. Dont touch the Prius at all. ( Guess they cant be drongoes) .
