Size of Hose

ETKA says 7x3. I think its ODxID in millimeters.

No way, that could be ID and wall thickness, but not ID and OD.

An 8mm fuel line works well, but you will need to replace it every year. Brake fluid easts it away. (Read: Do NOT use regular fuel line, but only official brake fluid line instead.. it used to be blue in color at some point in the past, not sure if that's true today)

Also don't believe any parts store people telling you that fuel line will hold "just fine". And whatever hose/line they offer you, you need to see some kind of proof it's brake fluid compatible.

That's ID and wall thickness. This is a special brake fluid hose (colored blue) which you can buy from RMMW. Normal fuel hose does not work well.
